Pashmina envisioned Indian Bento when she was a first class flight attendant for Cathay Pacific in Hong Kong. She started Indian Bento in San Francisco in 2009, and grew the company from a weekly meal service to the largest Indian food company in San Francisco, delivering over 1 million delicious Indian meals.
