Hi! My name is Pashmina and I was once a globe-trotting flight attendant, looking to eat healthy, organic Indian food. If it's Tuesday, it must be London, and Chicken Tikka!
When I touched down in San Francisco for good, I worked on my recipes for years before bringing healthy, organic Indian food to you!
I make fresh, healthy, and delicious Indian food! You eat USDA-certified organic meats, organic produce, all cooked with healthy oils that do not release trans-fats.
Each Indian bento box is a full meal with an entree, a side dish, and a staple such as rice and yogurt. It comes in an environmentally sustainable box that you can reuse or recycle.
